At Kefi Spaces, we provide both dedicated and flexible space options. Our team is eager to learn about your specific business requirements to help you find the most suitable space. We recommend scheduling a tour to explore our offerings and discuss your needs in detail.What is included in my Kefi Spaces membership?
Our all-inclusive membership covers your warehouse or office suite, including air conditioning, wi-fi, break rooms, clean & well-maintained bathrooms, cleaning services, and 24/7 secure access. You'll have access to loading docks, conference rooms, and other Kefi Spaces amenities. All utilities are included, along with daily pickups from preferred carriers. You'll also benefit from our entrepreneurial community and additional services.Is an office included with my warehouse space?
While a separate office isn't included, we encourage members to utilize their warehouse suites as office space. These suites are fully equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi, and power. Additionally, we offer coworking areas throughout the warehouse for your convenience.Can I customize my warehouse suite?
We certainly encourage personalization of your space. Our team offers consultations to assist with customization, and we have various equipment available for rent, including shelves, desks, packing stations, and chairs to help you create your ideal workspace.Are memberships month to month?
Yes, we offer month-to-month memberships. However, members with this type of agreement are required to provide a 30-day notice when they decide to terminate their membership at Kefi Spaces.Can I change the size of my suite?
Absolutely, subject to availability. We support your business growth by allowing you to scale your space up or down as needed. If you've signed a fixed-term membership agreement, you're committed to Kefi Spaces for that duration, but you can still increase your suite size within that period.What are the business hours?
Our team is on-site Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Members have extended access to the facility seven days a week, 24 hours a day.Who is staffed at your location?
Our facility is managed by a dedicated team committed to supporting your business success. Led by our operations manager, the team assists with various aspects, including visitor reception, maintaining cleanliness, fostering a vibrant work environment, and supporting your day-to-day operations.Do I have to be onsite to receive my incoming or outgoing shipments?
No, we have staff who can accept the shipment for you.How do the photo studio and conference room services work?
With your membership, we offer credits for photo studio use and conference room use, all you have to do is use our portal to schedule a time that best suits your needs to use these spaces. You may purchase more credits if you run out. Credits do not roll over to the next month.
